It’s actually interesting to note that white people are subconsciously aggressive when white privilege is attacked. They can’t actually tell they’re doing it (or can they?) but you can. I mean it’s a part of my survival instinct to be wary of what white people say and do. It’s a matter of life and death if you can’t pick up subtle cues of aggression. If they’re smiling and saying something that can be deemed aggressive in a calm voice, run for the hills. Run for the motherfucking hills because you’re most likely dealing with a sociopath. But what’s even MORE interesting is white people misinterpreting POC’s body language and what they’re saying. It’s funny that white people think we’re a threat to them when they’re actually the ones dropping aggressive cues left and right and making you feel unsafe as fuck.
